To be eligible for these MP and Karnataka academic jobs, candidates must have a Ph.D. with first class or equivalent to the preceding degree in the appropriate branch.
Professor: 10 years of experience (4 years at the associate level).
Associate Professor: 6 years of experience (3 years at the assistant level).
Assistant Professor: Fresh Ph.D. holders are considered for Grade-II on a contract basis, while those with 3+ years of experience are eligible for Grade-I.
