Grant Amount and Duration:
- The grant offers a maximum of ₹50 lakhs.
- The funding is provided for a period of three years.
- It covers equipment, manpower, travel, contingency, and other project-related expenses.
Research Areas:
- All areas of science and technology are eligible for the grant. Preference may be given to projects that address national priorities or demonstrate high potential for innovation.

- The application must be submitted online via the ANRF portal.
- Applicants need to upload a detailed research proposal, CV, and institutional endorsement.
- The research proposal will be evaluated by expert panels based on innovation, feasibility, and potential societal impact.
