- All areas of science and technology are eligible for the grant. Preference may be given to projects that address national priorities or demonstrate high potential for innovation.

- Applicants need to upload a detailed research proposal, CV, and institutional endorsement.
- The research proposal will be evaluated by expert panels based on innovation, feasibility, and potential societal impact.
